I am Valeria, I graduated in Building Architecture and Architectural Design with 110. I have a predisposition for scientific subjects in particular for Static-Structural calculations and Mechanics of Material and Structures. I have gained experience in managing complex projects through collaboration with the internal team and external stakeholders. I consider myself a versatile figure, careful to details and willing.
- Responsible for managing renovation projects, interfacing with companies and professional firms. - Checking the progress of professional works (e.g. feasibility analysis and building compliance, energy audit, design activities and related asseveration), until the company takes charge of the work.
- Responsible for combining Project Management skills and the potential of BIM software - in particular Revit MEP. - Management of building practices and real estate assets, development of project economic evaluation and detailed technical drawings - from the preliminary phase to the construction phase.
- Topic addressed: sustainable design and planning in developing countries (eg Africa and Asia).
- I was responsible for computing, dimensioning and representing the structures of a school for the disabled in a rural area of Ethiopia and a school in a slum in Sudan.
- Study of the apse starting from the dome in the Lombard Romanesque area.
- The objective was to understand crack patterns on real case studies through the static of rigid bodies and evaluating, if they are present, the effectiveness of the consolidation interventions or the need to carry out appropriate actions to stop the damage detected in situ.
- Survey and preliminary design for extraordinary maintenance works of a single-family building in Biassono.
- Preliminary design and study model for the recovery of an attic in Monza.
- Project for the presentation of the practice regarding the permit to build for recovery of attic in Paderno Dugnano - wooden construction.
- 3D model study for a new concept food store in Milan.
I gained work experience by putting myself in a new position, by gaining skills in combining work and study and by improving my skills to be pro-active on several aspects at the same time.
- Graphics and communication: creation of commercial printed materials, layout and creation of magazines, brochures, flyers, catalogs, company brochures and logos; customer-company relationship management, direct with the customer.
- Advanced use of the Adobe suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Microsoft Office suite.
I am earning my degree in Building Architecture with a current average of about 29 over 30.

I didn't have the pleasure to work with Valeria due to the great differences in our fields, but I know her personally from a lot of years. She's one of the most dedicated and hard-working people I know. She will get the job done and in an amazing way, period. But you will easily be able to see that from her curriculum and from her very high marks in the various exams and graduation at Politecnico di Milano.
I love taking walks in the middle of nature, skiing in the snow-capped mountains and being with my 3 dogs. I like to commit myself meticulously to what I do. I have a natural predisposition for music and science subjects.
